1. How do I place an order?
Buying a Yaarique product is super simple:

A. Select your size and click on ‘Add to Cart’
B. Proceed to Checkout
C. Confirm your shipping address & make payment

2. How can I check if my order went through?
Once your order is placed, you’ll get a confirmation email and a WhatsApp notification with your Order ID and details. You can use the Order ID anytime to track your order status.

3. What if I forgot my password?
No stress! Just click on “Forgot Password” on the login page. We’ll send you an email to reset it and you’ll be back in no time.

4. Can I add items to an existing order?
At the moment, you can’t add items to an order once it’s confirmed. But don’t worry — you can always place a fresh order to grab the extra pieces you love.

1. How long does it take to get my order?
We’re quick! Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metros: 1–3 days

  • Rest of India: 3–5 days

2. Are there any shipping charges?
Nope 😊 All prepaid orders come with free shipping anywhere in India.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll get an Order ID via email & WhatsApp. Use this ID to track your package anytime.

4. How can I change the shipping address of my order?
Log in to your account, select the order, and click “Change Address”.
👉 Note: Once the order is shipped, the address can’t be updated.

5. Do you ship everywhere in India?
Yes! Yaarique delivers across all serviceable pincodes in India.

6. Do you ship internationally?
Not right now — we’re focusing on India first. But international shipping is definitely on our roadmap. 🌍

7. What happens if your courier partner can’t deliver the order or the pincode is non-serviceable?
Our courier partner will try 3 times to deliver your package. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us.

8. What if my money is deducted but the order didn’t go through?
Don’t worry. First, check your bank account for deduction. If deducted, take a screenshot + transaction ID and contact your bank.

How can I cancel my order?

As all Yaarique products are made-to-order (Print on Demand), orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Each T-shirt is specially printed just for you after your order is confirmed, which means production begins immediately.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, don’t worry — just email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll assist you with a replacement.

Cancellations

All Yaarique products are made-to-order (Print on Demand).

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, as production begins immediately.

We request you to carefully check:

  • Color

  • Design

  • Shipping details

before completing your purchase.

Returns & Replacements

As each product is printed exclusively for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection

  • Personal preference

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.

After verification, we will arrange a free replacement.

  • Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement cannot be fulfilled.

Since Yaarique accepts prepaid orders only, refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

  • Returns and exchanges are not supported.
