3. Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed online 24/7.
• We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (when available).
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (except COD).
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery may take 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
• Delays caused by courier services or external factors (e.g. weather, strikes) are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition.
• For returns not involving defects or wrong items, a ₹60 shipping fee will be deducted.
• Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.
