Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our return policy is simple:

1. Defective Product

• You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective or damaged.

• No questions asked.

• Return shipping is completely free.

• After verification, we will process your refund.

2. Returns for Other Reasons

If you want to return the product for reasons other than a defect:

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.

• The product must be returned with its original packaging and tags.

• A ₹100 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

• Return shipping charges, if applicable, may also be deducted.

3. Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and checked, your refund will be processed within 5 working days.

• The refund will be made to your original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Products that are used, worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging/tags may not be accepted.
